Wholesale Terms
These terms apply to business-to-business wholesale purchases of used and refurbished phones from BSM PHONES, supplied worldwide from Dubai. Your quotation confirms the details of each deal.

Who these terms apply to
Our wholesale service is for retailers, wholesalers and other businesses buying phones in bulk, in Africa, Europe, the UK, Canada and other markets worldwide. Retail purchases in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are covered by our Terms & Conditions instead.
Where your quotation or another written agreement with BSM sets out different terms, that written agreement applies to that deal.
Registration
To register as a wholesale buyer, we ask for:
- Full name
- Shop or business name
- Country
- City or address
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
A business licence or registration number is not required. You may share a business licence, ID or a photo of your shop or signboard as optional supporting evidence.
BSM reviews each application and may approve wholesale access after review. You can request a quotation or request stock before your registration is approved.
Prices
African wholesale markets
Eligible stock for targeted African markets shows public wholesale prices, so you can evaluate stock without waiting for a quote on every item. Prices depend on the actual lot and availability, and are not permanent. They are confirmed by BSM where applicable.
Europe, UK, Canada and other markets
You can browse stock and product information. Pricing is generally given by direct enquiry and quotation.
Quotations
- A quotation request includes the brand, model, storage or variant, grade and quantity you need, your contact details and any other requirements. One request can include several products.
- Quotations are lot-specific. BSM checks actual stock and confirms the model, storage, grade, quantity, price and availability for that specific lot.
- A quoted price is valid for one day. After one day, BSM may re-confirm or revise the price and availability.
- A quotation is not a permanent price for a product.
How a wholesale order works
- You send your request for a quotation or stock.
- BSM checks actual stock.
- BSM confirms or revises the model, quantity, grade and availability.
- BSM issues an official quotation.
- You accept the quotation.
- You pay or reserve according to the agreed payment and reservation terms.
- The order is confirmed and the shipping arrangement is agreed.
- The goods are dispatched.
Reservation and deposit
- To reserve a quoted lot, a deposit is required. The deposit is between 20% and 30%, agreed for each transaction.
- The reservation applies to the specific quoted lot. Your quotation or reservation record shows the agreed deposit amount and the remaining balance.
- Because a quoted price is valid for one day, an expired quotation is not kept as a permanent price.
- The reservation period, balance payment deadline and any cancellation terms are confirmed by BSM with your quotation.
Payment
- Wholesale orders are paid in advance.
- Bank transfer is the standard payment method. Approved online payment methods, such as card payment, may also be used where available.
- Cash on delivery and instalment payments are not available for wholesale orders.
Minimum quantities
Where shipping is unusually expensive, for example when a buyer has no Dubai agent, BSM may apply a minimum order quantity. Any minimum is confirmed with your quotation.
Shipping and logistics
- BSM supplies worldwide from Dubai.
- You can nominate your preferred cargo agent, freight forwarder or courier. DHL, FedEx, UPS and other suitable logistics partners may also be used.
- If you use a Dubai-based agent for collection or consolidation, you can share their details with us when needed.
- The shipping arrangement is confirmed with you before dispatch.
- Free shipping is not included in wholesale prices unless BSM makes a specific written offer.
Customs, duties and taxes
The buyer is responsible for shipping and cargo costs, destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes and other destination charges, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Any tax treatment for your transaction is confirmed with your quotation.
Grades and As-Is stock
Wholesale stock is offered in the retail grades (Refurbished Like New, Grade A and Grade B) and, where available, As-Is / Untested box lots. As-Is / Untested devices are not individually tested and may contain mixed cosmetic conditions. They are sold to wholesale buyers only, and their terms are confirmed with your quotation.
Defects
- You have 7 days after receiving the stock to report defects.
- Please send evidence of the defect so BSM can review it.
- After review, BSM may accept a return or issue credit. No refund or return is automatic before this review.
- The retail 10% change-of-mind deduction does not apply to wholesale defect claims, and there is no wholesale change-of-mind return.
- Return shipping for a defect claim is confirmed by BSM after review.
