Shipping Policy
How we deliver retail orders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and how wholesale shipments from Dubai are arranged. Retail and wholesale follow different rules, so they are described separately.

Where we deliver retail orders
Retail orders can be delivered to addresses in the United Arab Emirates (prices in AED) and Saudi Arabia (prices in SAR). These are the only retail checkout markets at launch.
Customers in other countries can browse the website, but retail checkout is not available for delivery outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Business buyers in other countries can use our wholesale service.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free for retail orders to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. BSM PHONES covers the courier cost, so no delivery fee is added at checkout.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: within 3 days.
- If the phone you ordered has to be sourced by BSM after your order, delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 days.
Payment before dispatch
All orders are paid in advance. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure checkout, or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
Orders are processed for delivery once payment has been confirmed. For bank transfers, this is after we receive and match your transfer receipt. Orders to Saudi Arabia are paid in full and then shipped directly to you.
Couriers
We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS or another suitable courier, depending on your location and the order.
Order tracking
A tracking number is only shared after your order has been processed and handed over to the courier. Before that point there is no tracking number, so please do not worry if you do not see one straight after ordering.
You can check the status of your order on the Track Your Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Your delivery details
Please make sure your name, phone or WhatsApp number and delivery address are complete and correct at checkout, so the courier can reach you. If something changes after you order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Wholesale shipping
BSM PHONES supplies wholesale buyers worldwide from Dubai. Wholesale shipping is arranged separately from retail delivery, and free retail delivery does not apply to wholesale orders.
- You can nominate your own cargo agent, freight forwarder or courier, or we can use suitable logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.
- Many buyers use a Dubai-based agent for collection or consolidation. You can share your agent's details with us when needed.
- The shipping arrangement for Saudi Arabia and every other market is confirmed with you before dispatch.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping and cargo costs, destination customs clearance, duties, taxes and destination charges, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Where shipping is unusually expensive, BSM may apply a minimum order quantity, confirmed with your quotation.
