Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use bsmphones.com and when you buy from BSM PHONES as a retail customer. Wholesale purchases are covered by our Wholesale Terms.

About us
bsmphones.com is operated by BSM Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as BSM PHONES.
Retail markets
Retail orders are available for delivery in the United Arab Emirates, with prices in AED, and in Saudi Arabia, with prices in SAR. The currency and delivery country of your order must match. Retail checkout is not available for delivery to other countries.
Products and grades
We sell tested used and refurbished phones and tablets. Every retail product is sold in one of three grades:
- Refurbished Like New: like-new presentation, battery health 90% or higher.
- Grade A: very good cosmetic condition, normal minor signs may apply, battery health 85% or higher.
- Grade B: visible cosmetic wear may be present, battery health 80% or higher.
Every retail phone comes with a BSM PHONES branded box and a compatible charger. The included charger is not an original branded charger. An original charger, case and screen protector are optional paid add-ons and are only included when you choose them.
Prices and VAT
- The "From" price on a product is the lowest available configuration. The exact price depends on the storage and grade you choose and is shown before you add the phone to your cart.
- Product prices include VAT (5% in the UAE). Checkout shows the VAT amount included in your total.
- Retail delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia is free.
Ordering and your account
- You can always check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you see your orders and reorder.
- Please give complete and correct contact and delivery details so we can fulfil and support your order.
- If a configuration is not available, it cannot be ordered. You can ask us to source it through Request Stock.
Payment
All orders are paid in advance. Cash on delivery is not available.
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure checkout.
- Bank transfer: pay the order total to the BSM Trading LLC bank account shown at checkout, then upload your transfer receipt on the website or send it to us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery
Standard delivery is within 3 days. If your phone has to be sourced after your order, delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 days. A tracking number is shared after the order is handed to the courier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Faults and returns
If a functional fault caused by BSM is reported within approximately 3 to 4 days of delivery, the return is free with no deduction. Change-of-mind returns are possible within a maximum of 7 days, with a 10% deduction of the phone price. See our Returns & Warranty policy for details.
Using this website
- Please use the website for lawful purposes and only submit information that is accurate and that you are allowed to share.
- Product images show the model and may not show the exact unit you receive. The grade you choose describes its condition.
- Some features shown on this website are previews and may change before launch.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
