BSM PHONES is the trading name of BSM Trading LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "BSM PHONES" refer to BSM Trading LLC.

When you place a retail order

- Your delivery address and country
- The products you order, including model, storage, grade and any add-ons
- Your payment method and payment status
When you pay by bank transfer
- The transfer receipt or screenshot you upload on the website or send to us on WhatsApp
When you create an optional account
- Your name, email address and the orders linked to your account
When you register for wholesale or request a quotation
- Your full name, shop or business name, country, city or address, WhatsApp number and email address
- Optional supporting documents you choose to share, such as a business licence, ID or a photo of your shop or signboard
- The models, storage, grades and quantities you ask about
When you contact us
- Your name, contact details, the topic of your message and anything you write to us, including an order number if you share one
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To confirm payments, including matching bank transfer receipts to orders
- To handle fault reports, returns and after-sales support
- To review wholesale registrations and prepare quotations
- To reply to your messages by email, phone or WhatsApp
- To keep order records so you can see past orders and reorder
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Card and online payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are made through the secure checkout of our payment provider. Your card details are entered on and handled by that provider. We receive confirmation of the payment and its status.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and any files you send are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Please only send the information we need, such as your order number and payment receipt.
Who we share information with
We only share your information where it is needed to run our service, for example with:
- Couriers and logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx or UPS) to deliver your order
- Our payment provider to process card and online payments
- The service providers that host our online store and email
- Authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses your browser's storage to remember your cart, your language and currency choices, and, where you use them, your account and order details on this device. This storage is needed for the site to work as you expect.
You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings. Your cart and preferences on that device will then be reset.
