Every trade-in is judged area by area: screen, back, sides, top and bottom, camera, battery and function. Use this guide to pick the grade that matches your phone.

Cracked, dented badly or not working?
Phones with cracks, heavy damage or faults don't fit a grade. You can still trade them in: describe the damage in the form notes and we'll confirm a value.

Photos show typical wear for each grade on the same phone model. Wear varies from phone to phone, and the device you send is graded again on arrival before the value is confirmed.
